Instant Pot Taco Soup
This is a simple weeknight recipe that your family will love!

- 2 cans Tomato soup
- 2 cans Corn
- 1 can Black Beans
- 1 can Red beans or Kidney beans
- 1 can Pinto Beans
- 2 cans Rotel (mild)
- 2 packs Taco Seasoning
- 1 lb Hamburger Meat
First turn your instant pot on to saute and brown your hamburger meat. Once it's done, drain it and return it to the instant pot.
Next drain and rinse your beans and add them in
Drain and add your corn
Add your two cans of tomato sauce and two packages of taco seasoning
Add in your rotel cans, no need to drain these.
mix everything together well and put the lid on your instant pot. Set the Manual timer to 12-15 minutes.When its done you can let the pressure off and open and Enjoy!
We Really love to have our taco soup over fritos, with shredded cheese. I usually add sour cream, jalepenos and avocado slices to mine as well! Really hope you enjoy this recipe.
